Landscaping Service

Initial Spring Service:
The initial spring service includes a bed clean-up, manual weed pulling, ground cover/ivy maintenance, shrub and hedge pruning, and mulch bed redefinition. All to be performed before a 2” double ground hard wood bark mulch application. O’Hara’s decorative mulch not only beautifies but also helps to prevent weed infestation and conserve soil moisture. Bed mulching serves to protect the base of young trees and shrubs.

Monthly Bed Maintenance:
This Service is performed on an annual agreement and will be performed once per month starting after the Initial Spring Service which will begin during the month of March. Seven additional visits will be performed during the season, each visit concentrating on the clean-up of all bed areas from debris, manual weed pulling, ground cover/ivy maintenance, and shrub/hedge pruning. Mulch Bed/Tree Ring Redefinition and Cultivation will occur every other month, and Light Tree Trimming will be performed one time per season.

Tri-weekly Bed Maintenance:
This Service is performed on an annual agreement and will be performed every three weeks starting after the Initial Spring Service which will begin during the month of March. Eleven additional visits will be performed during the season, each visit concentrating on the clean-up of all bed areas from debris, manual weed pulling, and ground cover/ivy maintenance. Shrub/hedge pruning will be provided one time per month. Mulch Bed/Tree Ring Redefinition and Cultivation will occur every other month, and Light Tree Trimming will be performed one time per season.

Bi-weekly Bed Maintenance:
This Service is performed on an annual agreement and will be performed every other week starting after the Initial Spring Service which will begin during the month of March. Fifteen additional visits will be performed during the season, each visit concentrating on the clean-up of all bed areas from debris, manual weed pulling, and ground cover/ivy maintenance. Shrub/hedge pruning will be provided one time per month. Mulch Bed/Tree Ring Redefinition and Cultivation will occur every other month, and Light Tree Trimming will be performed one time per season.

Weekly Bed Maintenance:
This Service is performed on an annual agreement and will be performed every week starting after the Initial Spring Service which will begin during the month of March. Twenty-eight additional visits will be performed during the season, each visit concentrating on the clean-up of all bed areas from debris, manual weed pulling, and ground cover/ivy maintenance. Shrub/hedge pruning will be provided one time per month. Mulch Bed/Tree Ring Redefinition and Cultivation will occur every other month, and Light Tree Trimming will be performed one time per season.
